Learn the best ways to combine on court tennis and off court fitness. Players will finish this program feeling stronger, fitter and better equipped to play a higher level of tennis. Parents and coaches will learn some valuable on court tennis drills and the best way to combine them with off court training. The program has 2 levels, so there is a progression pathway.

Total Tennis Home Workout


✔ This unique program is for tennis players aged 10 - 60 years that have limited space or time to train. If you don't have access to a gym or tennis court, don't worry, this program will get you fit, strong and have you moving better on court, all in 4 weeks. Designed for you to complete at home, in a park or in a small space (Minimum 3m x 4m), you will find it effective at getting you "Tennis Fit". It is ideal to use leading into tournaments to. With 8 workouts to choose from daily. You will be challenged every day and won't be getting bored!

Tennis High Performance Strength and Conditioning

This program will take you into the world of high end professional training. It is for Male and Female players that play regular tournaments and are wanting to see how far they can take their game. Junior Strength & Conditioning Tennis Program (Stage 1 & 2)


✔ These programs are for tennis players between 7-18 years old that want to learn the correct way to train for tennis. Stage 1 is for players aged 7-12 and stage 2 is for players aged 13-18. It is important to get training right at a young age. Preventing injuries and boosting performance can be complicated. These programs take all the worry and guess work away from you. Join the many  tennis players over 40 years of age using off court training to improve their first step quickness, speed, power, reaction, balance and core stability. It is easier than you expect!

Junior Strength Development Program


✔ The Junior Tennis Strength Development Program is for young athletes aged between 8-18 years. It is for players, coaches and parents that are wanting to know the "how, when and why" of strength training for young athletes. This program will equip people with the knowledge and guidance to improve a young athletes strength. Most importantly it will educate people on how to start and progress a young athletes strength development plan. It can be used by athletes of all levels of athleticism as it has 3 levels of progression.

Over 40’s Strength, Movement and Mobility

These specific tennis programs will help give you, that desired optimal range of movement through all your shots. By following these programs, you won't feel as though, your flexibility, recovery or strength at end range is letting you down. 28 Day Tennis Resilience Challenge


✔ A world first, this program is designed to build up a players tennis resilience threshold. Nathan Martin from Tennis Fitness has teamed up with Dr Anthony Ross from Mentally Tough Tennis to create a program that first educates players on what Tennis Resilience is, then tests a player’s resilience threshold, physically and mentally. Then over 28 days players will learn and practice the physical and mental tools they need to become more resilient. After the 28 day challenge players will then retest and compare their results. We guarantee if the program is followed correctly the results will be very positive.

Tennis Fitness Testing
